GRABA en Acequia es una serie de contenidos producidos por la televisión pública de los mendocinos en la segunda edición del Festival Audiovisual Latinoameriano, realizado durante marzo en las salas de la Nave Universitaria y la Nave Cultural.

Más de 60 producciones participaron del GRABA 2018, un espacio de celebracion del cine que crece año a año y que consolida la industria audiovisual de Mendoza.

Mendoza necesitaba una celebración como el GRABA y ahora la tiene. Estos festivales, como el que se realiza en Mendoza, forman parte de un circuito fundamental para la distribución de un sinfín de producciones cinematográficas que no siempre tienen estrenos comerciales.

El GRABA es un espacio de encuentro, en donde el director de la película en competencia se conecta con un jurado de gran trayectoria y, a la vez, con el público. Su objetivo es acortar las distancias entre los invitados y el público y posicionar cada vez más la industria provincial.

Las 60 producciones participaron de cuatro categorías distintas en 2018: Competencia latinoamericana de largometrajes, Competencia argentina de largometrajes, Competencia argentina de Series de TV/web y Competencia de Cortos Escuela (Regional + Chile).

Personajes Peculiares con Paul Palomino fue galardonada en el Festival GRABA 2018. Por elección del jurado ganó la terna “Competencia argentina de series TV/web”, en la cual participaron 17 producciones de todo el país. Además, se quedó con el “Premio del Público” y el “Premio Especial Monteviejo”.

El GRABA MENDOZA 02, Festival Audiovisual Latinoamericano, organizado por la Secretaría de Extensión de la UNCuyo, se llevó a cabo del 14 al 18 de marzo en las salas de la Nave Universitaria y la Nave Cultural.

El jurado de la Competencia Argentina de Serie TV-web estuvo conformado por Ciro Novelli, Santiago Esteves y Paola Suárez.
